Once the contract was written and accepted, they (Centennial) got to work. Sandy took the time to send us pictures of the timber frame raising. They were wonderful. Since we couldn't be there we really appreciated the effort they took to share the experience with us long distance . . . We arrived the last week of construction to watch the finish. It was beyond wonderful. The finished construction is more beautiful than we ever dreamed . . . We couldn't be happier with the work done by Centennial Timber Frames. Mike and Sandy were fun and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Centennial Timber Frames for your next special project.

Who are we? Simply put, we're people who love wood. Its heritage. Its character. Its enduring dignity. These are deep values we honor and cherish. Our name, in fact, is rooted in history - stemming from the Montana centennial celebration which occurred during our first year. At the heart of Centennial is a small group of people joined together by a passion to preserve a near-ancient craft and create beautiful art - using large timber as a medium and a chisel and mallet as tools.

Here, deep in the forested lands of Northwest Montana, we are fortunate to pursue our passion daily. Since we sprung from the ground (and Mike's garage) in 1988, we have steadily grown to become one of the leading timber frame companies in the Northwest. Today, we have a 7,000 square foot facility with a log-scribe operation and timber frame shop. Our reputation for superior workmanship has brought us residential and commercial projects from all over the region. You could say our roots here are deep.

Naturally, we care a great deal about responsible use of resources. We encourage and support the use of reclaimed timbers and we are active members of the Timber Framer's Guild, dedicated to preserving the practice of timber framing. In short, Centennial Timber Frames is more than a company, we are an extended family of woodworkers carrying on an age-old craft. Building works of art with wood.
